Half a cup of rice
Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
3 tablespoons of raisins (optional)
12 minced almonds
12 pistachios
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of rose water
Wash one cup of condensed milk 3 times and soak the rice, then rinse it well with both hands.
Add the rice to the same water and cook over low heat until the rice becomes smooth and the grains start to dissolve.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, then cut in half.
If thickening begins, add the sugar to your liking and drain the sugar water when it dries. Add cardamom.
Add and stir the rice continuously to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Add condensed milk and cook it.
Add raisins, chopped almonds and pistachios.
Now add rose water and stir. But rose water can be replaced with cardamom powder.
Remove the cookie from the heat, remove it and place it on a plate, and allow it to cool.

Rice can be cooked with milk even if it is not cooked. Remember that rice grows well.
